Statutes (Satzung)

Democracy International is registered as an association in Cologne (Germany). Organs are:

  1. The General Assembly
  2. The Executive Board
  3. The Initiative Council
  4. The Board of Trustees

Preamble

We declare that we, the citizens, have the power, the right, and also the duty to improve our own democracies.
This is why independent citizens founded Democracy International to develop, foster, strengthen and advance direct democracy and citizens’ participation at all levels - local, regional, national, transnational and global.
