Campaigners from Vote 2004 gave several interviews.

Our display was on the spot again - just as it was in Brussels during the last session of the Convention on the Future of Europe in June and the European summit in December 2003.

The British group Vote 2004 brought three vans with hard-hitting adverts calling for a referendum.

Will Schröder listen to the demand for a referendum ... ? In the coalition treaty the government has argued for a referendum.

The three vans got a lot of media attention. The German TV station ZDF reported form the event as well as the euobserver.com.

Overall, it was a very successful event.

Activists from the ERC organized an event in Berlin on February 18, 2004 while the political leaders of Germany, France and the United Kingdom met to decide about the future of Europe.
