We have just started to build up the association. Right now we establish the legal personality and have contacted the Bank for Sozialwirtschaft to get a bank account. However, this procedures will take a short while.

The allocation of the countries to this three categories is done according to the world bank classification. "Low-income-economies" are "developing countries";"lower- & upper-middleeconomies" are "emerging countries"; "high-income-economies" are "all other countries".
